Merger and consolidation of limited partnerships

§ 121-1101. Merger and consolidation of limited partnerships. One or\nmore limited partnerships formed under this article or which complies\nwith subdivision (a) of section 121-1202 of this article may merge with,\nor consolidate into, a limited partnership formed under this article or\nwhich complies with subdivision (a) of such section or under the law of\nany other state. Whenever used in this article, "merger" shall mean a\nprocedure in which two or more limited partnerships merge into a single\nlimited partnership which shall be one of the constituent limited\npartnerships and "consolidation" shall mean a procedure in which two or\nmore limited partnerships consolidate into a single limited partnership\nwhich shall be a new limited partnership to be formed pursuant to the\nconsolidation.\n
