§ 613. Charges. A municipality, or a supervising agency thereunder,\nmay require the payment of charges by an owner in consideration for\nfinancing, regulation, supervision and audit of loans and grants made\npursuant to the provisions of this chapter. Such charges shall be paid\ninto the treasury of the municipality requiring the charges and shall be\npaid and deposited in the general fund of any such municipality.\n
