§ 102. Additional powers and duties of commission and board of\ntransportation. Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the\ncommission and the board of transportation within their respective\njurisdictions, shall have such powers as may be requisite to the\nefficient performance of the duties imposed upon them by this chapter,\nany contract or any law.\n
