§ 400. Application of article. 1. This article applies to religious\nsocieties which are members of the Unitarian Universalist Association at\nthe time of incorporation under this article.\n The term "society" includes churches and fellowships.\n 2. Incorporation under this article does not confer any ecclesiastical\nor denominational authority upon the Unitarian Universalist Association\nin respect to the societies so incorporated.\n 3. The general provisions of this chapter shall be applicable only in\nthose circumstances where the provisions of this article do not apply.\n
