§ 415. Mortgages, leases and other liens and charges; may be\nregistered. Any mortgage, lease for a term of over one year, contract to\nsell or other instrument intended to create a lien, incumbrance, trust\nor charge on registered property or any right or interest therein, may\nbe registered as herein provided.\n
