§ 1575. Annual report. The commissioner shall submit a comprehensive\nreport to the governor, the president pro tem of the senate and the\nspeaker of the assembly annually beginning March thirty-first, nineteen\nhundred ninety-seven, concerning the effectiveness of all financial,\nadministrative and technical incentives and assistance provided by the\nstate for the improvement of property tax administration and the\ncommissioner's recommendations relating to such incentives and\nassistance.\n
