§ 472. Implementation of agreements. Any agreements reached pursuant\nto the coalition negotiations provided for in this article shall be\npresented to the commission in form for introduction as legislation no\nlater than November fifteenth prior to the legislative session at which\nenactment will be sought and shall be delivered for introduction no\nlater than January fifteenth of such session. The commission shall cause\nsuch proposed legislation to be made public prior to the December first\npreceding such session and shall hold public hearings thereon. The\ncommission shall present to the governor and legislature its\nrecommendations with the legislation.\n
