Power over lifetime trusts\n Except to the extent inconsistent with other provisions of this act,\nthe surrogate having jurisdiction of a lifetime trust shall have such\npower over the lifetime trust and its trustee as a justice of the\nsupreme court having jurisdiction over the trust would have.\n
