§ 107. Disposal of seized property and penalties collected. All\nproperties seized and penalties collected shall be administered in\naccordance with the direction of the court having jurisdiction. After\nthe expenses approved by the court have been paid the balance shall be\nused for the maintenance of such person, or to reimburse the public\nwelfare fund for expenditures previously made for his assistance or\ncare.\n
