§ 363-f. Electronic visit verification for personal care and home\nhealth providers. The commissioner, in consultation with the Medicaid\ninspector general, is hereby authorized to promulgate regulations to\nimplement the electronic visit verification provisions of subsection (1)\nof section 1903 of the federal social security act.\n
