§ 38. Commission for the blind. The New York state commission for the\nblind shall continue to exercise and perform its duties, as prescribed\nby law, and the regulations of the office of children and family\nservices subject to the supervision and control of the commissioner; and\nsuch commission shall be a bureau of the office of children and family\nservices.\n
