§ 465. Nutrition outreach and public education program; establishment.\nThe nutrition outreach and public education program is established\nwithin the office of temporary and disability assistance. Such program\nis established to ensure maximum participation by eligible persons in\nfederal and state food assistance programs. The program shall be\nstructured so as to increase participation statewide but with particular\nattention to high risk areas with a focus on certain at risk\npopulations.\n
