§ 410. Laws repealed. Chapter fifty-eight of the laws of nineteen\nhundred nine, entitled "An act in relation to state finance,\nconstituting chapter fifty-six of the consolidated laws," and all acts\namendatory thereof, and chapter five hundred forty-five of the laws of\nnineteen hundred thirty-five, entitled "An act to protect investments of\nthe state by withholding apportionments of certain taxes payable to\nmunicipalities," are hereby repealed.\n
