Metropolitan transportation authority paratransit assistance fund

§ 92-jj. Metropolitan transportation authority paratransit assistance\nfund. 1. There is hereby established in the custody of the comptroller a\nspecial fund to be known as the metropolitan transportation authority\nparatransit assistance fund.\n 2. Such fund shall consist of any monies directed thereto pursuant to\nthe provisions of section seven of the part of the chapter of the laws\nof two thousand twenty which added this section.\n 3. All monies deposited into the fund pursuant to the part of the\nchapter of the laws of two thousand twenty which added this section\nshall be paid to the metropolitan transportation authority by the\ncomptroller, without appropriation, for use in the same manner as the\npayments required by section six of such part, as soon as practicable\nbut not more than five days from the date the comptroller determines\nthat the full amount of the unpaid balance of any payment required by\nsection seven of such part has been deposited into the fund.\n
