State health innovation plan account

§ 97-xxxx. State health innovation plan account. 1. There is hereby\nestablished in the joint custody of the state comptroller and the\ncommissioner of the department of health an account of the miscellaneous\nspecial revenue fund to be known as the state health innovation plan\naccount.\n 2. Notwithstanding any other law, rule or regulation to the contrary,\nthe state comptroller is hereby authorized and directed to receive for\ndeposit to the credit of the state health innovation plan account,\nmonies received pursuant to the state innovation model initiative from\nthe centers for medicare and medicaid innovation.\n 3. Moneys of this account, following appropriation by the legislature,\nshall be available to the department of health for services and expenses\nof the state health innovation plan.\n
