N.Y. TRA Law § 415

* § 415. Meetings and agendas. 1. Each transportation coordinating\ncommittee shall have an annual meeting, held each year between January\nfifteenth and February fifteenth. Its business agenda shall include:\n (a) Election of chairperson;\n (b) Endorsement of a transportation coordinating committee,\ntransportation improvement program with an annual element;\n (c) Endorsement of a transportation coordinating committee's\ntransportation plan;\n (d) Other business items requested by any member.\n 2. Special transportation coordinating committee meetings may be\ncalled at the request of any member of the transportation coordinating\ncommittees at any time, upon written request to the secretary of the\ntransportation coordinating committee.\n 3. The secretary shall be responsible for scheduling all meetings.\n 4. A quorum for any transportation coordinating committee meeting\nshall be two-thirds of its voting members.\n 5. The council shall have an annual meeting, held each year as soon as\npossible after all transportation coordinating committees annual\nmeetings have been concluded, but no later than March fifteenth. The\nbusiness agenda of the annual meeting of the council shall include:\n (a) Endorsement of the areawide transportation improvement program and\nannual element;\n (b) Endorsement of the areawide transportation plan;\n (c) Adoption of the unified planning work program;\n (d) Other business items requested by any members.\n 6. Special council meetings may be called at any other time upon\nwritten request of any member of the council to the secretary.\n 7. The secretary shall be responsible for the scheduling of all\nmeetings, including special meetings.\n 8. A quorum for any council meeting shall be two-thirds of its voting\nmembers.\n * NB Expired June 30, 1983\n
