§ 48. Not within jurisdiction of public service commission. The\nacquisition, construction, reconstruction or improvement of any omnibus\ntransportation capital project by the Utica transit authority pursuant\nto this article shall not be subject to the jurisdiction of the public\nservice commission except as provided in sections sixty-eight,\nsixty-nine, sixty-nine-a, sixty-nine-b, sixty-nine-c and sixty-nine-d of\nthe transportation corporations law.\n
