§ 73-n. Cooperation and assistance from other state agencies. The\ngovernor shall direct that all state agencies provide the commissioner\nwith assistance in advancing the purposes of this article, and to assure\nthat the activities of the department are fully coordinated with the\nactivities of state agencies providing or contracting for public\ntransportation services. To effectuate the purposes of this article, the\ncommissioner may request and shall be entitled to receive from any state\nagency, and the same are authorized to provide, such assistance,\nservice, facilities and data as will enable the department to carry out\nits functions, powers and duties.\n
