Section 9--524. Delay by Filing Office.\n Delay by the filing office beyond a time limit prescribed by this part\nis excused if:\n (a) the delay is caused by interruption of communication or computer\nfacilities, war, emergency conditions, failure of equipment, or other\ncircumstances beyond control of the filing office; and\n (b) the filing office exercises reasonable diligence under the\ncircumstances.\n
