* § 2401. District court establishment. There shall be a district\ncourt system established in the area or areas of the county of Suffolk\nas herein provided. The Suffolk county district court shall be an\ninferior court and the judges thereof shall have the civil and criminal\njurisdiction prescribed hereinafter.
