§ 109-b. County emergency medical services vehicle. Every vehicle\noperated by a county emergency medical services coordinator or deputy\ncounty emergency medical services coordinator appointed pursuant to the\nprovisions of section two hundred twenty-three-b of the county law, when\noperated in an official capacity while engaged in an emergency\noperation.\n
