§ 213. Terms occurring in contracts and other documents. Whenever the\nbureau of motor vehicles in the department of taxation and finance is\nreferred to or designated in any contract or document, such reference or\ndesignation shall be deemed to mean and refer to the department of motor\nvehicles.\n
