Article not to repeal other motor vehicle laws

§ 362. Article not to repeal other motor vehicle laws. This article\nshall in no respect be considered as a repeal of any of the provisions\nof this chapter (except article six) or of other laws relating to the\nregistration, numbering and regulation of motor vehicles; the licensing\nand regulation of chauffeurs and operators; the use of the public\nhighways by motor vehicles and the accessories used upon them and their\nincidents; the speed of motor vehicles upon the public highways; or the\npunishment for the violations of such provisions, but shall be construed\nas supplemental thereto.\n
