Distinctive "September eleventh, two thousand one remembrance" license plates

* § 404-ee. Distinctive "September eleventh, two thousand one\nremembrance" license plates. 1. Any person residing in this state shall,\nupon request, be issued a distinctive "September eleventh, two thousand\none remembrance" license plate. Application for said license plate shall\nbe filed with the commissioner in such form and detail as the\ncommissioner shall prescribe.\n 2. A distinctive plate issued pursuant to this section shall be issued\nin the same manner as other number plates upon the payment of the\nregular registration fee prescribed by section four hundred one of this\narticle; provided, however, that an additional annual service charge of\ntwenty-five dollars shall be charged for such plates.\n 3. Each twenty-five dollars received as the annual service charge\nunder this section shall be deposited to the credit of the "World Trade\nCenter memorial scholarship fund" established pursuant to section\nninety-six of the state finance law and shall be used for scholarships\nawarded pursuant to sections six hundred eight and six hundred\nsixty-eight-d of the education law.\n * NB There are 4 § 404-ee's\n
