§ 404-m. Distinctive license plates commemorating the World University\nGames. 1. Any person shall upon request be issued a license plate\ncommemorating the World University Games bearing the name and logo of\nthe World University Games. The arrangement of the name and logo on such\nlicense plate shall be in the sole discretion of the commissioner.\n 2. A distinctive plate issued pursuant to this section shall be issued\nin the same manner as other number plates upon payment of the regular\nregistration fee prescribed by section four hundred one of this article\nand an additional annual service charge of forty dollars.\n 3. Of the forty dollar annual service charge collected by the\ncommissioner pursuant to subdivision two of this section, twenty-five\ndollars shall be transmitted to the comptroller for deposit into the\nWorld University Games Fund established by section ninety-seven-nn of\nthe state finance law to be made available to the Greater Buffalo\nAthletic Corporation.\n
