Distinctive plates for members of the Kiwanis International

* § 404-y. Distinctive plates for members of the Kiwanis\nInternational. 1. Any member of Kiwanis International residing in this\nstate shall, upon request, be issued a license plate bearing the words\n"Kiwanis International". Application for such license plate shall be\nfiled with the commissioner in such form and detail as the commissioner\nshall prescribe.\n 2. The distinctive plate authorized pursuant to this section shall be\nissued upon proof, satisfactory to the commissioner, that the applicant\nis a member of Kiwanis International.\n 3. A distinctive plate issued pursuant to this section shall be issued\nin the same manner as other number plates upon payment of the regular\nregistration fee prescribed by section four hundred one of this article,\nprovided, however, that an additional annual service charge of\ntwenty-five dollars shall be charged for such plate.\n * NB There are 6 § 404-y's\n
