§ 141-c. Coordination of forms. The board, the commissioner of labor,\nthe commissioner of taxation and finance, the commissioner of motor\nvehicles, and the superintendent of financial services shall consult on\nan ongoing basis to coordinate the amendment of forms used to gather\ndata helpful in identifying fraud, so as to promote effective use and\nsharing of such information for identifying fraud in the area of\nworkers' compensation. Through such consultations and other means, these\nagencies shall study the implementation of appropriate practicable\ntechnology to verify the authenticity of forms, including certificates\nof coverage.\n
