§ 203-a. Retaliatory action prohibited for family leave. 1. The\nprovisions of section one hundred twenty of this chapter and section two\nhundred forty-one of this article shall be applicable to family leave.\n 2. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to diminish the rights,\nprivileges, or remedies of any employee under any collective bargaining\nagreement or employment contract.\n
