1-08-08. Validation of land titles acquired by corporations before March 7, 1935
The title and ownership of any real estate acquired in any manner by any domestic or
foreign corporation after July 29, 1932, and before March 7, 1935, is declared to be valid for all
purposes, subject, however, to chapter 10-06.1.
