10-15-40. Amendments by bankruptcy court

10-15-40. Amendments by bankruptcy court

Certified copies of any order of a court of the United States, in proceedings under the

bankruptcy laws, shall be filed as an amendment if the order affects an amendment to the

articles. The principal officers of a cooperative shall cause each order to be promptly filed after it

becomes final.
