10-32.1-46. Power of the personal representative of a deceased member
If a member dies, then the personal representative of the deceased member or other legal
representative may exercise the rights of a transferee provided in subsection 3 of section
10-32.1-44, and, for the purposes of settling the estate, the rights of a current member under
section 10-32.1-42.
