11-03-28. Elections governed by general election law
All elections held under this chapter, when it is not otherwise provided, shall be conducted
in the manner prescribed by law for the conduct of general elections. The refusal or neglect on
the part of an official to perform the official's lawful duties in connection with an election under
this chapter shall not affect the validity of the election.
