11-20-05. Certificate presumptive evidence

The certificate of the surveyor, or of the surveyor's deputy, of any survey of any lands in the

county made by the person shall be presumptive evidence of the facts therein contained unless

the surveyor shall be interested in the lands described in the certificate.
