4.1-20-10. Publication of election results - Determination of feasibility of operation of

district.

The committee shall publish the results of any election. If a majority of the votes cast are in

favor of the creation of a district, the committee shall determine whether the operation of a

district within the boundaries specified on the election is administratively feasible. In making that

determination, the committee shall consider such factors, objects, and other determinations as

to accomplish the policy and scope of this chapter as set forth in section 4.1-20-01.
