4.1-25-29. Standards for dairy manufacturing or processing - Minimum standards of
rules.
At a minimum, rules governing the approval of dairy processing and manufacturing plants
and standards for grades of dairy products must comply with United States department of
agriculture general specifications for approved dairy plants and standards for grades of dairy
products. A plant may not be operated or any dairy products sold in violation of these rules.
