4.1-33-07.1. Certification requirements - Waiver for emergencies
If the governor declares a statewide state of disaster or emergency that affects the
certification requirements under this chapter, the pesticide control board may temporarily waive
statutory requirements, or any associated rules, relating to the certification for the duration of the
declared state of disaster or emergency.
