4.1-73-07. Numerical brands - Applicability of designated placement provisions

The design and placement restrictions set forth in this chapter do not apply to:

1. A numerical brand that was first recorded before July 1,1957, and which has been

continually rerecorded; or

2. An unrecorded numerical brand that is used for purposes such as herd or animal

identification or registration.
