6-03-47.3. Bank investment in investment company shares
Financial institutions under the jurisdiction of the state banking board may invest in shares
of investment companies registered under the Investment Companies Act of 1940 and which
invest only in investments otherwise permitted under this chapter. The state banking board may
issue rules and regulations governing investments by North Dakota financial institutions in
shares of registered investment companies.
