6-08-16.3. Consolidation of offenses - Dishonored checks
When the same person commits two or more offenses under sections 6-08-16, 6-08-16.1,
and 6-08-16.2 in more than one county of this state, the offenses may be combined and
prosecution may be brought in any county in which one of the dishonored checks was issued.
