6-08.3-09. Reports

A reciprocating state bank holding company that directly or indirectly, through any

subsidiary, acquires a bank pursuant to this chapter shall file with the board copies of all regular

and periodic reports that the bank holding company is required to file under section 13 or 15(d)

of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended [ch. 404; 48 Stat. 881; 15 U.S.C. 78m

and 78o(d)], but excluding any portions not available to the public, and such other reports as the

board may require by rule.
