6-09.4-14. Purchase of bonds of public finance authority
The public finance authority has the power to purchase bonds of the public finance authority
out of any funds or money of the public finance authority available therefor. The public finance
authority may hold, cancel, or resell such bonds or notes subject to and in accordance with
agreements with holders of its bonds.
