6-09.4-16. Tax exemptions
All property of the public finance authority and all bonds issued under this chapter must be
deemed to be serving essential public and governmental purposes and such property and such
bonds so issued, their transfer and the income therefrom, including any profits made on the sale
thereof, shall at all times be exempt from state, county, and municipal taxes of any and all kinds.
