6-09.4-20. Form of municipal securities and investments

All municipal securities held by the public finance authority as permitted or provided for

under this chapter must at all times be purchased and held in fully marketable form, subject to

provision for any registration in the name of the public finance authority. All municipal securities

at any time purchased, held, or owned by the public finance authority must, upon delivery to the

public finance authority, be in fully marketable form and accompanied by such documentation as

shall from time to time be required by the public finance authority.
