§ 101.22. Evidence of membership

October 1, 1953 House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly For the purpose of organizing the senate and house of representatives of the general assembly, a certificate of election from the board of election of the proper county shall be prima-facie evidence of the right to membership of the person therein certified to be elected senator or representative.
