§ 101.45. Fees of sheriffs and witnesses

July 1, 2009 House Bill 525 - 127th General Assembly Sheriffs shall be paid the same fees for services as are allowed in the court of common pleas for similar services. Witnesses shall be paid the same fees and mileage as witnesses are provided under section 119.094 of the Revised Code. Such fees and mileage shall be paid from the state treasury on the certificate of the chairperson of the committee or subcommittee which issued the subpoena.
