§ 103.16. Public hearings of legislative service commission or its committees

June 13, 1975 House Bill 1 - 111th General Assembly The Ohio legislative service commission or any committee thereof when so authorized by the commission is empowered to hold public hearings, at such times and places within the state as may be determined advisable or necessary to accomplish the purposes and intent of sections 103.11 to 103.22 of the Revised Code.
