§ 103.41. Standing committee oversight of medicaid

September 30, 2025 House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly The standing committees of the house of representatives and the senate that primarily consider legislation governing the medicaid program shall meet jointly during each session of the general assembly to oversee the medicaid program on a continuing basis. In odd numbered years, the standing committees shall meet jointly at the call of the chairperson of the senate committee that considers the medicaid program. In even numbered years, the standing committees shall meet jointly at the call of the chairperson of the house of representatives committee that considers the medicaid program.
