Ohio Rev. Code § 107.35

September 29, 2017 House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly The governor's office of workforce transformation, with staff support and assistance from the departments of job and family services, education, and higher education, and the opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities agency, shall establish criteria to use for evaluating the performance of state and local workforce programs using basic, aligned workforce measures related to system efficiency and effectiveness. The office shall include in the criteria a measure to determine the effectiveness of a workforce program in transitioning individuals participating in any federal, state, or local means-tested public assistance program to unsubsidized employment. The office shall develop and make available on the internet through a web site a public dashboard to display metrics regarding the state's administration of primary workforce programs, including the following programs: (A) The adult basic and literacy education program; (B) Programs administered under the federal "Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006," 120 Stat. 683, 20 U.S.C. 2301 et seq., as amended; (C) State aid and scholarships administered by the department of higher education; (D) Programs administered under title I of the federal "Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act," 29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.; (E) The state vocational rehabilitation program administered under title I of the federal "Rehabilitation Act of 1973," 29 U.S.C. 701, et seq.
