§ 107.71. Office of InnovateOhio

December 27, 2018 Senate Bill 296 - 132nd General Assembly The office of innovateohio is hereby established within the office of the governor. The governor shall appoint a director of the office who shall receive an annual salary equal to the maximum compensation specified in pay range 48 of salary schedule E-2 in division (B)(1) of section 124.152 of the Revised Code. The governor shall appoint necessary professional, technical, and clerical personnel. The employees serve at the pleasure of the governor. The governor shall set the duties of the office.
