§ 108.04. Deputy commander-in-chief military and naval forces of state

November 6, 1969 Senate Bill 353 - 108th General Assembly The lieutenant governor is the deputy commander-in-chief of the military and naval forces of the state, except when such forces are called into the service of the United States.
